Black and white--always glamorous and chic.
I wanted to capture that sophistication in a collar necklace that can be worn as easily with a little back dress as it can with jeans and crisp white shirt.
Hand knotted on white silk, I've alternated very fine white seed pearls with faceted black spinel stones. The pearls are very even and have a beautiful white lustre. The spinel adds sparkle and drama.
A gold fill slide clasp keeps the strands flat against your collar bone, but don't worry if things move and shift a bit. That's part of the charm of this piece. After all, trying to keep things too perfect just ends up looking stiff and uncomfortable.
