I couldn’t resist the rich color of these pebble smooth amethyst beads. So I knotted them on silk and added a beautiful large Victorian bolt clasp. For a final sparkly touch, I added a small diamond ring that attaches to the clasp.
The warmth of the rolled gold—with that distinctive touch of rosiness I love about antique jewelry—complements the purple beautifully.
As you’ll see in the photos, the clasp is a perfect station for your favorite pendants or charms. But also looks wonderful worn on its own.
